Insight Into the Past Exhibit

Students were only allowed a certain amount of time to visit the town and spend time outside of campus. Students would receive passes from the Dean. It was also very common for students to find loopholes and or completely ignore the rules about going into town. Thus it was a frequent occurrence that students would either be caught for sneaking out to town or finding ways to abuse the pass system. Here is a picture of a student's passes. In this picture you can also see them begging Dean Barnes for forgiveness no doubt because these boys found themselves disobeying the rules.
