Supreme Court Ruling Delivers Major Victory for LGBTQ Employees
On June 15, 2020, in a historic decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the 1964 Civil Rights Act protects gay, lesbian, and transgender employees from discrimination based on sex. The decision was for the case, Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia, and considered a huge victory for the LGBTQ community.
